Return and Refunds

At SACRA, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept any merchandise that is non customized. The following rules apply:
-Any Sacra customized products are final sale.
-All products purchased within a Sale campaign are final sale.
-Returns of non-customized products must be unused, in Sacra's packaging, in its original condition and with all the tags*.
-Returns are eligible if postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Please ship your item back within 7 days from initial reach out for your return to be processed.
-Original shipping charges are non-refundable and we charge a $10 flat-rate return processing fee. This will be deducted from your refund amount. The remaining refund will be credited to your original payment method.
-When we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business day to your original payment method. We cannot control banking processing times.
-You will be issue only one return label per order.
-International orders cannot be returned.

*We will deny any return, if the products returned do not meet with Sacra's returns policy*
