Care Instructions

◦ All our bags and pouches are made with vegan leather, so if cleaning is necessary use a wet cloth without any cleaning products.
◦ Our woven woman collection its handmade, for this reason we recommend to handle with care.
◦ If you need to clean the lining we recommend spot cleaning.
◦ The patches are embroidered and then embellished by hand, so they should not be cleaned in the washing machine.
◦ Once an item is customized, we use industrial glue so it will be durable, nonetheless we recommend care in use.
◦ Remember that each of our products has a handmade component to make it extra special for you, handle it with love and care.

Shipping & Returns

Non-customized items are estimated to ship within 5 business days. Customized items are estimated to ship within 3 weeks.

Orders ship via UPS, USPS or DHL Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed Monday through Friday, will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Orders within the United States,are shipped using UPS , USPS or DHL, based on the items purchased. Your purchase may take between 1- 10 business days to be delivered.

Overseas orders are shipped using UPS or DHL, based on the product(s) and country of destination.

Top selling products, may incurred in longer turnaround time.
